Mickey Hay is a respected coach, retreat and workshop facilitator, teacher, and public speaker
who spent 25 years in higher education filling various roles such as counselor,
director, dean, and vice president
focusing on student, faculty, and staff success. As a national leader in developmental education, Mickey presented at conferences around the U.S. and in Canada,
engaging audiences with her abilities to connect, inform, and inspire. In 2012, Mickey left academia and discovered that she had entered what has been termed “the third act.”
She subsequently created the process she shares through her 
Thriving in the Third Act consulting, teaching, and coaching practice.
